Role Description

Pacific employees work in a highly collaborative community while caring for every guest. During a shift, Crew Members may work in multiple areas of the business based on guests' needs, as well as opportunities for development. Through all areas of work -- whether cleaning theaters and bathrooms, running the concessions stand, and welcoming guests to the lobby or auditorium - employees have fun while building leadership and business acumen, as well as essential life skills.

 

Critical requirements of this position include:

  • Being available to work nights, weekends, and all recognized holiday periods.
  • Arriving for work, as scheduled, on time.
  • Demonstrating professional conduct and appearance.   
  • Taking personal accountability for developing yourself and others by building skills.
  • Being at least 18 years of age.
